The love for Rising Spire kept pouring in even after the Kickstarter ended and we're so so excited to see so much interest in the game! Thank you! 🖤

Heads up for payment status and rewards surveys

Hello, you beautiful people!
Hope you had an amazing weekend and that the start of the week is treating you well. 🥰
Dropping by with a reminder to check the status of your payment to make sure it got through. Kickstarter's deadline for processing the payments is next Thursday, March 31st. If the transaction doesn't go through by this date, you won't be able to collect your rewards.
If your payment appears as failed / pledge declined, we highly recommend that you check out this article for tips on how to fix it and common scenarios. ^^
Which brings us to the next topic - reward surveys! 🥳
Kickstarter takes 14 days to finalize the financial aspect and compile accurate reports of all backer info. Once that's done (after April 7th), you will receive your rewards survey for Rising Spire from Backerkit. Remember that the survey will be sent to the address you used to create your Kickstarter account, so keep an eye on the inbox / spam folders. Exciting! 😍

With 642 backers and 3 HUGE stretch goals reached we are now at the end of the Rising Spire Kickstarter campaign!
We want to once again thank everybody who supported us and our project. Friends, family, JRPG fans, lore enthusiasts, and people who took a leap of faith supporting a new studio making their first commercial game - THANK YOU! You are now an integral part of bringing Rising Spire to life and we promise to keep doing our best in creating an unforgettable journey!
We are fully funded, porting to Nintendo Switch, creating the Druids and Goblins DLC, and adding voice acting and cinematics to enhance the storytelling!
We are still aiming to add localization to Rising Spire and working on more DLCs including the "Origin of the Nephilim" but it will take time and will depend on the continued interest and support of the players. We have fallen in love with the story of Rising Spire and can not wait to share it with you in its entirety to your native language!

We'll get back to you shortly with more details about the rewards rollout. We will continue to keep communication open on Kickstarter and will keep posting updates here, but you can also follow us on Twitter and join our Discord to stay in touch.
As a disclaimer: we will need to wait at least 7 days after the Kickstarter ends before we can start distributing any rewards. After a campaign ends, it's common for some pledges to fail and Kickstarter allows backers 7 days to fix things. If, however, a payment doesn't go through within 7 days, the pledge will be cancelled and they will no longer be considered a backer. :(
That said, don't worry! We'll be in touch constantly and will keep you up to date with all new and exciting things coming to and from the world of Malus!
